Principles on Handling Personal Information and Retention Period
In principle, personal information whose original purpose has been accomplished and has expired shall be destroyed without undue delay.
However, the following information can be retained for a certain period:
Items which can be retained: Name, Tel No., E-mail address
Basis for retention: Customer’s complaint or dispute (as per customer protection laws for e-business)
Period of retention: 3 years
* Any reports containing slander, invasion of personal privacy or other non-factual information will be not processed.
