Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or placing an advertising campaign on zeit-elevator, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users — advertisers, affiliates, and any third party accessing the platform through an authorized account. Last updated: January 2026.

Use of the Platform

You may use zeit-elevator solely for lawful advertising purposes. Prohibited content includes but is not limited to: malware distribution, deceptive creatives, illegal gambling promotions in restricted jurisdictions, and non-consensual adult material.

Intellectual Property

All platform software, dashboards, algorithms, and documentation are the exclusive property of zeit-elevator. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the platform.

Creatives and campaign assets you upload remain your property. By uploading them, you grant zeit-elevator a limited license to display them as part of campaign delivery.

User Content

You are solely responsible for the ad creatives, landing pages, and offers you run through the platform. zeit-elevator does not pre-approve all creatives but reserves the right to remove non-compliant ads at any time.

Limitation of Liability

zeit-elevator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from campaign performance, traffic quality fluctuations, or platform downtime beyond our stated SLA.

Our total liability in any dispute is capped at the amount you paid to zeit-elevator in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Third-Party Services

The platform integrates with third-party tracking and analytics tools. zeit-elevator is not responsible for the data practices of those services. Review their privacy policies before connecting them.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity performed under your account is your responsibility. Report unauthorized access to support immediately.

Your Rights

You may request account deletion at any time. Upon deletion, your campaign data is retained for 90 days for billing reconciliation, then permanently removed from our systems.

Changes to Terms

zeit-elevator may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after a change notice constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days in advance.
